The rooms were huge and tidy with balcony - we appreciated it. This was a marvellous location close enough to other beaches like Teluk Batik, restaurants, and many other shops selling products from sea.
Some of the staff were not very helpful.

The hotel was perfect for our family vacation. the room was very comfortable, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful sea views from our room. the location was excellent, close to the ferry, beach, food stalls, and shops. the pool was well-maintained, and we were able to park on site. We appreciated the late check-out option.

The hotel location and room environment with balcony facing the sea.
I booked the room with a balcony but was given without instead.The reason was room not yet ready which I thought was ridiculous.But I insisted to be given what I had booked.Finally I got the room but the price was different.It was quoted rm427 during booking but I was charged rm494.a bit let down and surprise I could say.Looks like the hotel staff did not bother to counter check my booking or Booked.net did not relay sufficient message to the hotel reservation.I Hope this unpleasant encounter won't be repeated in the near future coz I would like to deal with Booked.net again for the next hotel booking.
